Comparing estimates only works if you have a detailed breakdown - most do not.

Are square footages and measurements listed on your estimate? If not, why?

Are starter strips and ridge cap shingles listed on estimate? If not, they're cutting corners.

Do they include terms and conditions on their estimate?

Any company can offer a labour warranty. Have they been in business long enough to serve one?
